Customer Software Support
Our team is growing!
GnosisNet is a well establish company offering to its customers a wide range of software solutions and services. Given the latest business expansion, we are currently looking for a new team member for the Software Support position.
We are looking for one or a combination of the following skills:
- Hands-on experience with Windows/OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Familiar with remote desktop applications
- Ability to guide step by step, both written and verbal
- Tech savvy & enthusiastic to learn new programs and platforms
- Organized and problem-solving orientated
- Experience in IT related departments, such as Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk or similar will be consider as an advantage
- Previous experience in using planning or task management tools, such as Jira or DevOps will be considered as an advantage
Other requirements:
- Educated to a degree level (e.g. Diploma, BSc, etc.) in an IT related subject, such as Business Information technology
- Excellent spoken and written English and Greek communication skills
- Great communication skills
- Pleasant and team spirited personality
Key Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify solutions for software and/or hardware issues
- Manage & troubleshoot applications developed by GnosisNet, and provide internal and external support
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Updating our internal databases with various information
- Alignment within the department for maintaining a constant level of awareness
Onboarding training will be provided, along with any other training required for improving your existing skills.
